When your buying products from Rollershuttersblinds online it is a legal and binding contract only upon us receiving your payment in full for the products that your purchasing. We shall notify you of acceptance of your order via email and notify you via email if you choose to pay via bank deposit once your funds have been cleared if you choose to pay via pay pal you will receive an automatic response email from them. Your items will go into production within 24 hours of this occurring, except Saturday, Sundays and public holidays in which case it will be the day after the later of these occur.
With regret we can not send out products outside of Australia.
Cancelling or Change: As your order will be processed within 24 hours of final payment being received by us (not incl weekends and public holidays) your products are custom made to your requirements and specifications so cancellations and changes are not permitted to your order after the 24 hour’s has passed since payment. if you need to cancel or make changes before that 24 hours please call within business hours or email your changes within the required time. we regret once your order has been put into production its specific to your order only and we will be unable to make changes or cancel the order at that time. We do reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to supply you with what you have ordered due to low or no stock available, however we will work with you to find another choice – in the event we cant we will refund the monies you have paid to your bank account within 24 hours of your Decision. We do not offer additional compensation for this.
Measuring & Information Supplied: It is VERY important your measurements are accurate roller shutters blinds online take no responsibility or offer change over or compensation or refund for products not fitting correctly. you are advised to read the how to measure pages and if in doubt contact us via email or phone to discuss your concerns. your order is manufactured based on the measurements you have given to us via your order. we make the appropriate deductions for on the wall (face) fitting or in the reveal fitting based on the measurements you provide on your order. Beware of ordering off house plans / floor plans as it has been found builders do not measure exact to plan therefore always measure the actual home itself for blinds and shutters before you place an order. The product information and material colour samples available on site are provided for illustrative purposes and keep in mind that although these are pictures of the real/actual materials colour may look slightly different in real life. if you have real doubts you can email us for a sample and we will post a small sample first. we ensure that all products delivered to you are the same materials that you have chosen from the site but occasionally minor variation can happen between batches of materials or paints and we can not be held liable for these variations. if you are material matching blinds that are pre-existing please remember that when a blind has been hanging for some time the natural air, wind, sun and dust will change its appearance in some way or form.
Delivery & Faulty Products: We will deliver your products to the address you supplied on the order form you filled in for delivery. your products will be picked up by an independent courier within 24 hours of completion of order manufacture. Monday – Friday only. We are not responsible for delays out of our control once your products have been picked up by the freight company (third party). we will not be held responsible for products that you receive damaged in transport or lost if you did not opt to insure them. If you live on a dirt road in some country areas, the third party freight companies may not be able to deliver down your road and you may need to pick up your item from their nearest drop off point or depot. we will not be responsible for and without limitation for events and circumstances out of our control. Please read our full warranty on each individual product on the bottom of their relevant order pages. we do not rent or sell your information and only forward this information to the freight forwarders for your delivery.
if you find a part missing from your order we will replace it as quickly as possible for you. A refund will only be given in this instance if we are unable to replace it for you.
